Chief Marketing Officer
As Vice President of Marketing, Anne Lacey (A.L.) Whitaker brings 15 years’ experience in marketing, communications, event management, and brand development. Her primary focus is on leading a highly effective marketing team through coaching, goal setting, problem solving and continuous improvement, while offering concrete support to the Paul Davis franchise network across North America. The Paul Davis franchisor marketing team has more than doubled in size from a team of five in 2015 to 12 in 2018, and there are approximately 200 local marketers that her team supports.
The Paul Davis Leadership Development Program is at the foundation of how A.L. leads her team, and how she ensures every franchise across the U.S. and Canada is fully supported by the franchisor. A.L. earned her Examiner certification within the leadership program in 2017 to practice continuous improvement and empower leaders across the brand.
A.L. graduated from the University of North Florida with an MBA and focus in International Business, and earned her undergraduate degree in Speech Communications at the University of Georgia. She has completed two study abroad programs, and has explored more than 15 countries. Ask her about feeding milk to a baby tiger in Thailand, climbing the Great Wall, or skydiving in South Africa.
