COVID-19 – A Message To Our Teams & Our Customers

The health and safety of our customers and employees is the highest priority for Paul Davis Restoration. We are EPA and FDA approved to take care of most common viruses, including the current iteration of the coronavirus, COVID-19.

Innovating Our Methods For Better Service

On-Going Research For Better Results

We pioneered commercial and residential decontamination cleaning, and recently stepped up our game when our customers and franchise owners needed us the most. One of Paul Davis’s strengths is our on-going research and development process that allows us to innovate our methods and practices to better meet the needs of our customers as well as our franchise owners. We had existing knowledge of the best ways to handle virus decontamination, so we already had the science behind how to handle COVID-19 cleaning for commercial and residential properties. We armed our franchisees with the knowledge and equipment to keep their staff employed and service our customers who need us the most.

Paul Davis is a Pandemic & Recession-Resilient Business

Paul Davis Restoration’s innovations orbit around a growth mind-set, thus we strive to imbue our locations with the same knowledge and set of business practices. Continuous innovations are why Paul Davis Restoration remains a pandemic and recession-resilient franchise to own. We were able to shift focus quickly, provide our teams with what they needed to mobilize and serve customers while other businesses were shutting their doors. Our franchise owners are passionate about providing the best service possible.

Practicing Good Hygiene Etiquette

All of our Paul Davis professionals are following preventative safety measures:

  • Cleaning our hands often, 20 seconds with soap.
  • Using hand sanitizer when available.
  • We will utilize shoe covers to prevent tracking in contaminants.
  • Keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from people who are sneezing/coughing.
  • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

Keeping Our Customers Safe

  • Before entering a customer’s home or property, we will communicate that we’re healthy and ask if our customer is as well.
  • Instead of shaking hands with a customer, we may say hello by “elbow tapping”.
  • We will utilize shoe covers to prevent tracking in contaminants.
  • Upon request from the customer, we will wear a face mask upon entering the property.
  • We will provide customers with information about protecting their health and safety.
  • All customers may ask questions regarding the virus and we will answer according to the most recent company update and procedure.

What Can You Do To Help?

  • Inform us if anyone in the household has health issues, like the flu or a cold.
  • Let us know if you would like us to limit the amount of information we leave behind and we can make adjustments or email information instead.
