Leslie Anderson

Leslie started as a regional business consultant and is currently the Continuing Education instructor for 45 states. She knows that franchise owners invest their all in their businesses, so she is all-in alongside them.

Leslie holds a number of industry certifications: Lead Renovator & Lead Inspector from the EPA; OSHA Industry Safety; IICRC certifications; FEMA Emergency Management Institute – National Incident Management System Certification.

Leslie teaches Paul Davis employees how to stand above their competition, through understanding the technology that produces first-class reports for their insurance partners.

Leslie Anderson joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. in 2011 as a Regional Manager focused on franchise operations. In 2016 Leslie transitioned into the role of Director of Training. Leslie has more than fifteen years’ experience in the Cleaning and Restoration industry with a large focus in Commercial restoration. Leslie holds the designation of Master Restorer and is an instructor for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Leslie is a member the Trauma Advisory Committee (TAC) that developed and wrote the ANSI/IICRC S540 Standard for Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup.
